We have been using WordPress for a while now and have recently started to promote blogging to our clients as we have seen a massive increase in visitors and visitor loyalty on ALL websites that we have been involved with that have their own blog. When approaching our clients we noticed that a couple of them already were blogging but they were using external shared blogging systems such as Blogger and Instantspot as these are quick and easy to setup.

The problem with these quick and easy external blogging systems is that no matter how much you promote your blog you are increasing the ranking of the website that holds your blog and not your own website.

We always recommend keeping everything within just one single domain name, this minimizes risk of parts of your website breaking due to circumstances out of your control, keep the consistent look / brand of your company and increases the ranking of your website within search engines.

New year, fresh start, was that the same for you?
It has been a very busy January and it is almost over and it has gone sooo quick. Every year January seems to be a very busy time as companies have new ideas and want a fresh start to make the rest of the year more successful than the last.
