Your website is a key marketing tool for your business so that means that it needs to be bringing business to your business. If it’s not, then something needs to change. Find out why your website might be losing your business leads and what you can do to fix it.

Slow load time

Websites that are slow to load are bad for both SEO and user-experience. Apparently 40% of people will abandon your website if it takes 3 seconds or more to load and 3 seconds of waiting reduces customer satisfaction by 16%. If your website visitors are leaving your website because it’s taking too long to load then you haven’t even had the chance to capture them in the first place. You’re losing before the race has even started.

Outdated site

An outdated website can mean lots of things; dated design, old information and out-of-date links. None of these are positive. They provide a poor user experience and mean that people might not be able to find the information they need; old links are also bad for SEO. You need to do a full website audit to find out what’s going on.

Unclear Call-To-Actions

As a marketing tool, what is your website’s aim and purpose? It should be driving results for these. Are you trying to increase newsletter sign-ups, drive direct product sales, getting people to request quotes for work? Whichever it is, you need to ask them to do these things and give them the method by which to do it. Otherwise you’re going to lose them.

So, if any of these are plaguing your website, then that’s where we can help! Slow load time, outdated design, website audit, website re-design, content re-writing and embedding call-to-actions, we can do it all. Get in touch to let us know what you need help with: hello@webfwd.co.uk
