Please read these Terms of Service carefully as they will form a contract between us and you. We have tried to keep these Terms of Service brief, easy to understand, and as straightforward as possible. If you have any questions, however, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All of the services provided by Webforward may only be used for legal purposes. Storing any files or content that violates the laws of the United Kingdom is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to any content that could be deemed as obscene, threatening, the subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Webforward from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party. If your account is found to be used for illegal activity then we will contact the proper authorities.
We offer unlimited bandwidth (data transfer) on our non-streaming servers, your hosting account may have a monthly data transfer limit and it is your responsibility to let us know if you feel you are going to exceed this limit within 48 hours. If your account exceeds the allocated bandwidth then your account may be temporarily suspended until the next month or until the bandwidth is upgraded.

If you are adding content (images, files, text etc) to your site and using the service in the way it is intended to be used, then we will not limit the amount of bandwidth your site is consuming. Our intention is that, as long as both parties are being fair, you should not have to worry about bandwidth limits. We'll take care of these sorts of issues so you can concentrate on growing your site. If, however, you are attempting to take advantage of the service by distributing large files or streaming excessive video or hosting torrents or something similar, then we will request that you cease doing so.
Please note that we do not allow the hosting of any warez or nulled scripts on our hosting plans. Any copyrighted material that you do not have the rights to may not be hosted on our servers. All content on your hosting service must comply with the laws of the United Kingdom. If in question, please contact Webforward at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to advise you.
In order to ensure a high quality service for all of our customers, we require that you do not use more than 25% of the resources of any of our servers for more than 90 seconds at any given time. Should your resource usage hit unacceptable levels we reserve the right to suspend your account with or without notice. If possible we will try to help with improving your scripts to be more efficient, however this is provided only as a courtesy service.
The storage included with your hosting account may only be used for files related to your website. You may not use our hosting services as storage space for personal files or as a backup service. If you need dedicated storage, please contact Webforward at email@example.com for a quote.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. The policies on server resources apply to all hosting accounts, with the exception of dedicated servers rented from us.
We accept payment via Direct Debit, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Card, PayPal or Cheque. All invoices are created manually and should be settled with 28 days of the invoice date. Should you have any issues with the billing, please contact Webforward at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do offer some specific services that will require additional fees to cover the work required to complete these. We will always contact the client in advance if this is the case. We will never automatically bill a client. Instead, we will discuss with the client and send an invoice for the money that is requested by Webforward.
We provide a 30 day money back guarantee, during which time you can cancel your hosting account for a full refund. This policy only applies to new customers. We are unable to offer refunds for domain names, ssl certificates or dedicated servers.
While we do run a nightly backup service at Webforward and will always do our utmost to prevent any possible data loss, it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to keep up-to-date backups of their hosting account.
If you see a violation of these terms of service on our network, please email us at email@example.com. All reports will be investigated promptly. Should content be found that violates our terms of service the account in question will be suspended until the issue is resolved. However, in extreme circumstances the account may be terminated immediately.
NOTICE: If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e-mail or phone prior to taking any action to provide you with an opportunity to correct the problem.
Webforward provides a 99.5% service (HTTP, FTP, POP, IMAP, SMTP) uptime guarantee* on all hosting plans. Should we fail to deliver this for any given calendar month, your account will be refunded a pro-rated amount for the duration of excessive downtime.
*This excludes network outage, server restarts and emergency datacenter maintenance. Server restarts are sometimes required in order to update software on the server, for example, and therefore are not covered by this.
Webforward reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification. We also retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notification. Any changes to the pricing however will not affect existing customers provided that they have a hosting plan that is being actively renewed as required.
