  • Domain registries and registrars (e.g., Nominet for .UK and ICANN-accredited registrar partners for gTLDs).

  • Support tickets and operational correspondence: typically up to 24 months.
  • System and security logs: typically 12 months (longer if required for security or legal reasons).
  • Backups: retained on rolling schedules for disaster recovery; not intended as long-term archiving.
  • Domain registration data: retained in line with registry requirements and our contract obligations.

  • Restricted access to systems and facilities; authentication and least-privilege controls.
  • Encryption in transit where supported, and at rest for select services.
  • Network and host security measures, including firewalls, monitoring and intrusion detection.
  • Regular patching and vulnerability management for managed platforms.
  • Vendor due diligence and contractual protections for our suppliers and subcontractors.

10. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the rights to be informed, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object (including to direct marketing), as well as rights regarding automated decision-making.
